Making an agreement of sponsorship with Universal Communications

 

As a result of meeting with Universal Communications (UC) to discuss a sponsorship, Kensington United (KU) made an agreement with UC about the following contents :

Ÿ   Four-year sponsorship

Ÿ   Total value: €55m, in addition €20m (If KU win the European Cup)

Ÿ   Timing of payment: First year €35m, Second year €10m, Third year €5m, Forth year €5m

Ÿ   UC Advertising:

- Two billboards on the sides of the ground

- UC’s logo on the flags at all entrances and on every other sheet

- The main stand to be renamed ‘The Universal Communications Stand’

- UC’s logo on the shoulder of the uniform and the practice wear

Ÿ   Players activities: Two top goal scorers 20 days per year, others 15 days per year

Ÿ   Official supplier of football boots: Sprint plc (provisionally)

(If the boots by UC’s subsidiary are improved within one year, change to UC’s subsidiary.)

Ÿ   Perks:

- A car with UC’s logo on it for the first-team players

- Media training course, coaching course for older players

- €15,000 for each goal over 20 goals

- 15% discount memberships for all player

Ÿ   Other points:

- Two hospitality boxes for 30 people

- €5m towards the cost of a new player

- Good exposure in Asia, such as China and India

- UC paid the cost of tour abroad
